  • Support the wider Administration Team with a full range of business support and general office administration activities.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes, and organising meeting rooms and facilities.

  • Build positive working relationships across the project and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Manage a varied workload, prioritising effectively and responding to changing requirements and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
Who we're looking for
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the confidence to use your own initiative and take ownership of day-to-day tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
  • A strong customer focus and commitment to providing a professional, high-quality support service.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence using Microsoft Teams.
  • Previous experience providing administrative support within a busy professional or project-based environment.
  • Experience working with senior managers or executives and handling information professionally and appropriately.
  • A high level of attention to detail, with a logical and methodical approach to completing tasks.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently, with limited supervision, and as part of a wider team.
  • A discreet and professional approach, with the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
  • The ability to remain calm, organised and effective when working under pressure and to tight timescales.
  • Previous experience within the construction, engineering or infrastructure sector would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge or experience of facial recognition/access control systems would be beneficial.
  • The ability to obtain the required level of security clearance for the project.
  • First Aid and Fire Marshal training would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
  • A flexible approach, with the willingness to provide occasional cover at other nearby office locations when required.
