Responsibilities

• Receiving work from clients and setting it up on the information management system.

• Raising invoicing against work undertaken and handling queries.
• Supporting the Project Manager and the field-based team.

Project Administrator, SOCOTEC UK, Fire Safety Team, Bicester

To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Building and Real Estate Division, working within the Fire Safety team based at Bicester. SOCOTEC’s Fire Safety team provide an award-winning, flexible and forward-thinking approach, as well as a high level of technical capability, providing our clients with cost-effective and practical solutions for the full range of fire safety problems.

We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join our Operations team. This role will support the successful delivery of fire risk assessment services to our clients and proactively contribute to the growth of our department and the company. As a Project Administrator, the key tasks will include:

• Receiving work from our clients and setting it up on our information management system
• Maintaining and monitoring KPIs, project trackers and documentation
• Allocating work to the project team and scheduling of site visits
• Processing reports for timely submission
• Raising invoicing against work undertaken and handling invoicing queries should they arise
• Supporting our Project Manager and the wider field based team
