CFA Institute is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project & Administrative Assistant (official job title: Administrative Coordinator, Research) to join the Research team, part of the Research, Advocacy and Standards (RAS) division. This role provides essential project coordination, financial administration, and operational support for a global portfolio of research and policy work. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys balancing detail with impact, works confidently with senior stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on location, experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
