Project Admin Coordinator (New Site Development)

Location: Cullompton
Contract: Min of 12 months with other projects pending
Salary: £35,000-£40,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the setup and development of a brand-new manufacturing facility.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership — you’ll be involved in everything from coordinating suppliers and managing paperwork to tracking project milestones and ensuring communication flows smoothly across teams.

This isn’t a full Project Manager position, but it’s a key support role for someone who thrives on keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers (e.g. utilities, equipment, and construction contacts)
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and key milestones
  • Manage and file project paperwork, quotes, purchase orders, and compliance documents
  • Attend site meetings and take minutes / follow up on actions
  • Support with health & safety documentation and general site setup tasks
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
About you
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using MS Office and project tracking tools
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or facilities coordination preferred
  • A "hands-on" problem solver who’s happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks
  • Able to work independently and keep multiple priorities moving
