Qualifications

• Experience in commercial finance, project accounting or related process-led finance roles.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/operational systems; NetSuite advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Investigate current project finance processes and how work is captured, costed and reported.
• Review data quality, manual processes and system issues affecting reporting accuracy.
• Improve job costing, completeness, cut-off and revenue recognition processes.
• Identify gaps in controls, reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with multiple systems and stakeholders to create clearer reporting.
• Support development of practical processes and controls where needed.
• Address intercompany issues across project-led activities for accurate reporting.
