• Preparation of accounts to year end and audit preparation.
• Create new processes for digital receivables, matching projects with collections.
• Support implementation of project accounting software & procurement processes.
• Review revenue recognition material and process.
• Ensuring completeness of legacy budgets/cost managers to new format.
• Organisation of multiple ad hoc processes such as reporting, reconciliations, planning tools and finance infrastructure.
