Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment is seeking a P2P Workstream Lead to own the future-state operating model for Purchase to Pay processes within a major ERP transformation. You will drive standardised end-to-end P2P processes, and deliver a roadmap of improvements across a global organisation.

The role requires strong P2P expertise, experience in finance transformation and senior stakeholder engagement, with a hybrid working setup and a competitive salary plus bonus and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong Purchase to Pay / Accounts Payable process expertise.
• Experience leading finance transformation or process improvement programmes.
• Exposure to ERP implementation or rollout projects.

• A continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience operating within complex, international organisations would be highly advantageous.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase to Pay (P2P) professional to join a major finance transformation programme as a Purchase to Pay Workstream Lead.

This is a high-profile role where you will take ownership of the design, standardisation and delivery of global P2P initiatives, driving process improvement, operational efficiency and best practice across a complex international organisation.

The Opportunity

As the P2P Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a future-state operating model for Purchase to Pay processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency and strong financial controls across the organisation. You will work closely with finance, procurement and project teams to shape strategy, manage delivery plans and support major ERP transformation activity.
