Job summary

Street League in London is seeking a Progressions Coordinator to develop and connect young people with employment, education and training opportunities across the UK. You will work with the Youth & Community Coach to deliver the Academy workshops, build partnerships with referral agencies, employers and colleges, and monitor progress for participants.

This full-time, 36.25-hour role is a 1-year fixed-term contract, with salary around £28,119 inclusive of London weighting, and enhanced DBS checks

Responsibilities

As an integral part of Street League’s London team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Progressions Coordinator.

The Role:

The Progressions Coordinator works in partnership with their delivery partner (Youth & Community Coach) in delivering and administering Street League’s core programmes in their specific local areas.

You will be responsible for:

  • Securing employment, education and training opportunities for Street League participants and supporting them to progress. You will do this by locally securing and sharing job/training opportunities for young people.
  • The delivery of Street League’s Academy, in which you will deliver group employability and personal development workshops and qualifications.
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with referral agencies and develop further partnerships with employers or colleges in order to secure suitable opportunities for our participants.
  • Monitoring and reporting are essential to this role.

Salary - Circa £28,119 (inclusive of London weighting)

Work Pattern: Full-time (36.25 hours per week)

Location: London

Contract: 1 Year Fixed-Term
