Job summary

Street League in East Scotland is seeking a Progressions Coordinator to join our charity team. You will work with a Youth & Community Coach to deliver and administer Street League’s core programmes for local young people. The role focuses on securing employment and training opportunities, delivering Academy workshops, building partnerships with referral agencies, monitoring and reporting.

Full-time 36.25 hours per week; fixed-term until September 2027. Closing date 28 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating programmes or employability initiatives.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with external organisations.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Securing employment, education and training opportunities for participants by locally sourcing job and training openings.
• Delivering Street League’s Academy workshops and personal development sessions.
• Establishing partnerships with referral agencies, employers and colleges.
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on programme delivery.

As an integral part of Street League’s East Scotland team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Progressions Coordinator.

The Role:

The Progressions Coordinator works in partnership with their delivery partner (Youth & Community Coach) in delivering and administering Street League’s core programmes in their specific local areas.

You will be responsible for:

• 1. Securing employment, education and training opportunities for Street League participants and supporting them to progress. You will do this by locally securing and sharing job/training opportunities for young people.
• 2. The delivery of Street League’s Academy, in which you will deliver group employability and personal development workshops and qualifications.
• 3. Establishing and maintaining partnerships with referral agencies and develop further partnerships with employers or colleges in order to secure suitable opportunities for our participants.
• 4. Monitoring and reporting are essential to this role.

Work Pattern: Full-time (36.25 hours per week)

Location: East Scotland

Contract: Fixed-Term until September 2027.
