Cheshire College - South & West is seeking a Progress Mentor to support adult learners at Crewe campuses. You will mentor and provide pastoral support to a caseload, helping learners progress and succeed in their studies.
Applicants should have a Level 3 qualification and GCSEs in English and Maths, with experience mentoring adults and handling welfare issues. DBS check is required; some evenings may be necessary.
Salary: £29,838 to £32,579 per annum pro rata (£26,884 to £29,353 per annum)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Monday and Thursday 8:30-17:00, Tuesday and Wednesday 12:30-21:00, Friday 8:30-16:30 (the work pattern can be subject to change)

We are looking for an engaging person to join us as a Progress Mentor for adult learners. This role will mentor and support our caseload of adult learners to ensure that they progress and succeed in their studies.
