As Interim Progress Coach Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of Progress Coaches to deliver outstanding pastoral care and personal development support to students. You will ensure a culture of high expectations, supporting and challenging learners to achieve and exceed their goals through effective 1:1 coaching and group tutorial delivery. Alongside managing team performance and quality, you will contribute to the development of the college’s personal development and Career Ready programmes, working collaboratively with curriculum teams and external partners.
