The Learning Implementation & Reporting (LI&R) Programmes team is responsible for delivering high-quality learning programmes that drive business performance and enhance the learner experience. Working across the full programme lifecycle, from design and planning through to implementation and evaluation, the team oversees the governance, financial, commercial and operational activities that ensure successful delivery. This role provides central PMO and project delivery expertise across a diverse portfolio of learning initiatives. You'll establish robust governance, drive delivery excellence and provide clear portfolio oversight, while leading key projects and continuous improvement initiatives from inception through to business-as-usual adoption. Working closely with Course Managers, Course Executives and a wide range of stakeholders, you'll translate business priorities into structured plans, coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes. Combining hands-on project management with portfolio oversight, resource planning, risk management and process improvement, you'll also play a key role in embedding consistent project management standards and building delivery capability across the team.
