Job summary

West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) seeks a proactive Programmes Executive - Real Estate to support delivery of capital investment and regeneration initiatives across the West Midlands. You will work with public and private partners to shape growth, coordinate communications, and report on programme performance, including major events like UKREiiF and MIPIM.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyse and work confidently with both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Interest in economic development, regeneration, public policy, investment, or place-making.
• Experience gained through employment, placements, internships, or other relevant environments demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for investment and regeneration programmes.
• Manage stakeholder and applicant communications.
• Maintain accurate programme records, databases, and reporting information.
• Produce reports, presentations, and performance updates.
• Support event planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist with project monitoring and pipeline management.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, public sector partners, investors, developers, and consultants.
• Support shareholder and KPI reporting requirements.
