Real Ideas Group in Liskeard is recruiting a Programmes Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support for our programmes. You will coordinate practical arrangements including booking venues, organising participant travel and maintaining accurate programme records and attendance data.
You will work closely with the trainers and delivery teams to ensure they have everything they need to deliver engaging sessions.

Salary: Contract: £25,000 - £28,000 Fixed-term (ending 30th November 2027)

As a Programmes Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our programmes. You will coordinate practical arrangements including booking venues, organising participant travel and maintaining accurate programme records and attendance data. You will work closely with the trainers and delivery teams to ensure they have everything they need to deliver engaging and effective sessions, while providing hands‑on support at during in‑person delivery. Your organised, proactive and supportive approach will help create a positive experience for both participants and trainers and contribute to the successful delivery of our programmes.
