Job summary

NFP People is seeking an experienced Programme and Partnerships Coordinator to support effective partnerships and projects that improve animal welfare in Ethiopia. Based in Sidmouth with hybrid working, you will join the international programmes and partnerships team and help coordinate, monitor and develop funded projects.

You will manage the full programme cycle, build relationships with strategic partners, ensure due diligence, monitor impact, and collaborate with country teams to deliver

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated project or programme cycle management experience.
  • Experience using project monitoring, evaluation and reporting tools.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse international stakeholders.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full programme cycle for funded partnerships in Ethiopia, including funding applications, project grants, reporting and shared learning.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with strategic partners and country teams.
  • Coordinate projects and programmes to ensure they are monitored and evaluated.
  • Support partner due diligence and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Help ensure the right internal capacity, skills and resources are available to deliver the organisation’s strategy in Ethiopia.
  • Collate contextual information, data, case studies and photography to demonstrate impact.
  • Support communication and coordination between country teams and the wider organisation.
