Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our New Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of major and complex projects that are key elements of the Trust's vision, values, and strategy. This role involves engaging a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring effective coordination with other interdependent work-streams, projects, and programmes.

You will be based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to other Trust sites where necessary.

Main duties of the job

As Senior Project Manager within our New EPR Programme, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide range of complex projects to ensure short and long-term benefits for the organisation.
  • Building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
  • Providing and communicating complex, sensitive, and contentious information to key stakeholders.
  • Analysing and interpreting complex information and data.
  • Planning and managing projects, monitor key milestones and outcomes.
  • Leading and supporting others on service development, identifying change and implementing processes and policies.
  • Line management responsibility as appropriate.
