They are now recruiting for a newly created, client-funded Programme Director role to lead one of the most significant building safety remediation programmes in the UK.

Our client has been appointed Programme Lead for a major institutional client's national building safety remediation programme – a multi-year, portfolio-wide initiative covering circa 400 buildings across Direct and Indirect Self-Remediation Terms and Orphan assets, all subject to the Building Safety Act. This is a newly created, fully client-funded post giving you single-client focus and full ownership of delivery, governance and the client relationship.
You’ll be the day-to-day face of the programme to the client's Remediation Delivery Committee and Fund Steering Committee, leading a team spanning PMO, workstream leads and technical specialists, backed by a wider technical resource pool of building surveyors, project managers, quantity surveyors, and structural and façade engineers.
