MostonRECRUIT partners with a leading UK construction and development business to appoint a Programme Planning Manager. You will develop and maintain construction programmes across multiple live developments, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans with senior stakeholders.
The role is hands-on and influential, delivering programme reports and dashboards, coordinating with commercial, operational and finance teams, and visiting sites as required to keep projects on track.

As part of their continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Programme Planning Manager to play a pivotal role in driving project performance across their national construction portfolio.
Working closely with the Managing Director, Commercial Director and Construction Directors, you'll provide programme oversight across multiple live developments, ensuring projects remain on track, risks are identified early and recovery strategies are implemented before issues impact delivery.
This is a hands-on planning role suited to someone who enjoys influencing outcomes rather than simply maintaining programmes. You'll become a key point of contact between operational teams, commercial functions and senior leadership, using programme data to support decision-making and improve delivery performance.
