A leading infrastructure solutions company in Glasgow is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the performance management of a Major Works Programme. The role includes managing programme finances, reviewing project baselines, and identifying issues impacting project delivery. Candidates should have experience in programme governance, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a hybrid position requiring some on-site presence in Glasgow.

This role will support the Infrastructure Programme Manager leading on the performance management of a Major Works Programme.
You will be responsible for managing the performance of the in-year Major Works Programme including the review of the baseline and milestones and identifying project issues impacting at a programme level. You will also be responsible for programme financial management including the Enabled Work Schedule CP updating MWP forecasts, submitting funding requirements and reporting on in-year commitments.
The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent either in the office in Glasgow City Centre or the Client site in Helensburgh.
