Responsibilities

The role of the UK Programme Manager is to oversee, monitor, guide, and report on the full consulting-facing product estate at Leyton by working closely with the development team undertaking development work, and the individual Product Leads who ensure UK business needs are being met. This role will involve:

  • Product Strategy and long-term Planning
  • Governance, Auditability, and Formalisation
  • Reporting and Communication to a wide variety of stakeholders and business units
  • Product Estate Management & Coordination
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
Qualifications
  • A Software or Engineering background, ideally through experience and education
  • Project or Programme delivery experience within technical environments
  • Experience working in or supporting product teams
