What you will be doing

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead delivery of an OrpheusWorks demonstrator programme as it moves into its NPI Phase. In this role you will be responsible for enabling the operational delivery of the programme through blending people leadership, programme management and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

This Programme Manager role is accountable for enabling effective flow of value across the programme scrums. Operating with agile ways of working this role ensures that dependencies, risk and priorities are managed across the programme while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, alignment and delivery excellence.

  • Embed a culture of trust and empowerment, coaching teams and driving continuous improvement
  • Facilitate and align programme delivery through effective rituals, collaborative planning and transparent communication
  • Drive the flow of value across the programme teams by owning the resolution and escalation of impediments and managing dependencies
  • Responsible for ensuring the programme is delivered in an efficient and sustainable manner with clear communication of priorities
  • Provide clear visibility of progress, risks and delivery (schedule and financial) to both internal and external stakeholders
