What You’ll Do:

• Lead and own end‑to‑end delivery of a wide variety of client projects.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across data, AI, and digital transformation.
• Define structured delivery approaches, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
• Ensure all workstreams meet milestones, budget targets, and client expectations.
• Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders informed with clarity and confidence.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Partner with leadership to define and achieve revenue targets.
• Build compelling business cases, proposals, and statements of work.
• Track and manage financial performance across your portfolio.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a diverse delivery team across technical, consulting, and client functions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Support capability‑building across the organisation through playbooks, templates, and best practice.
• Act as the senior point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring exceptional service and long‑term partnership.
• Understand client priorities, align them to delivery outcomes, and communicate complex technical ideas simply.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads and data scientists to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and valuable.
• Champion AI and ML excellence across the business.
• Contribute to shaping our go‑to‑market offerings and service lines.
• Bring market insights and emerging tech trends into our delivery model.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in programme or portfolio management (within technology, consulting, or data/AI domains).
• Deep technical experience using and working with AI and Data Solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across C‑suite and technical audiences.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and suppliers in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
• A genuine passion for data, AI, and emerging technologies, and curiosity to stay ahead of the curve.
