I'm seeking an exceptional Programme Manager to lead a highly complex commercial transformation programme covering my client's full customer journey - from enquiry and booking through to procedure and post-operative care.

This role requires a numerate, analytical leader capable of shaping strategy through detailed discovery alongside a Business Analyst. You'll uncover key insights and define the mission that underpins programme success.

You'll drive clarity, structure, and delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring operational excellence and commercial efficiency at every stage.
