What you’ll do:
  • Lead infrastructure programmes to meet time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across defence operations and delivery teams.
  • Establish governance frameworks and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across programme delivery.
  • Oversee equipment contracts and prepare for full contract execution.
What you’ll need:
  • Degree in Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent)
  • APM Chartered Project Professional or equivalent
  • Practitioner of Managing Successful Programmes
  • NEC accreditation
  • Extensive experience leading projects and teams in complex, high-hazard, regulated environments.
  • Strong background in project controls, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • A drive to own and shape your career development journey.
