You will own day‑to‑day delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement, delivering milestones, budgets, and outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Based in Bristol with UK travel to customer sites, you’ll thrive in ambiguity, push momentum, and collaborate with end users to solve real problems while maintaining security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology or systems integration projects/programmes.
• Proven capability to lead multi-year, multi-million pound projects.
• Experience operating within formal governance frameworks while enabling pace and pragmatism.
• Proven track record coordinating across multiple stakeholders, teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery of a complex systems integration programme with milestones, budgets and outcomes.
• Own contract scope and manage the commercial landscape across the programme.
• Translate high-level outcomes into actionable delivery plans and workstreams; identify dependencies.
• Drive alignment across business, engineering and third-party delivery teams.
• Identify risks early and shape mitigation strategies; escalate when needed.
• Establish and run programme governance, including steering forums and RAID management.
• Produce clear, decision-oriented reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain strong financial and delivery discipline over scope, cost, and timelines.
• Organise and mobilise senior stakeholders for crucial conversations at the right time.
• Act as trusted delivery partner to sponsors and provide honest progress assessments.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and create clarity in evolving requirements.
• Push momentum and maintain delivery progress in complex environments.
