Careers in Golf is an industry-wide initiative funded by the Golf Forum, a collaboration of 12 leading organisations across the UK and Ireland. Our mission is to showcase the diverse career opportunities within the golf industry and ensure they are accessible to all communities.

Working for England Golf, we are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about creating opportunities, building relationships, and delivering impactful projects. This is a unique chance to make a difference by promoting careers in golf through events, education, and engagement.

You Will
  • Lead and coordinate the Careers in Golf project, on behalf of England Golf, working collaboratively with the Golf Forum across the UK & Ireland.
  • Work with schools, universities, and community groups to raise awareness of golf careers.
  • Organise inclusive and interactive events and workshops that inspire people from all backgrounds.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the People Director, steering committee and to the Golf Forum.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the golf industry.
We're Looking For Someone With
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, creative approach to delivering initiatives.
  • Passion for sport and education, knowledge of golf is helpful but not essential.
