Programme Manager Opportunity Join Our Client s Team!

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for customer success and operational excellence?
Our client is seeking a Programme Manager to take ownership of a particular key customer account, driving growth, profitability, and fostering strong relationships within the aerospace industry.

What You ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer operational relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead a customer-focused team with clarity and compassion, delivering exceptional service and driving both short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Manage all operational and financial aspects of assigned accounts, including costs, pricing, profitability, and working capital.
  • Utilise standardised tools and processes to provide regular reports to the management team on customer and account statuses
  • Provide accurate financial forecasting for revenue, order intake, and order book to support strategic planning.
  • Contribute to monthly SIOP meetings and the annual strategic/budget planning process.
  • Maintain and execute customer contracts (MSA, MEPA) diligently, mitigating risks and fostering trust.
  • Drive continuous improvement by deepening your understanding of the customer, industry trends, and our client s capabilities to deliver sustainable value.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, including quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment and open communication.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to meet KPIs and ensure exceptional operational execution.
  • Utilise CRM and ERP systems to maintain accurate data and support decision-making.

What We re Looking For:

  • Experience in project management within the Aerospace Industry
  • Experience in trade compliance sales (Export Control)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and office software tools

Desirable: Aerospace experience, trade compliance knowledge, and familiarity with SIOP/MRP processes.
