Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Business & Transformation Manager to lead high priority, complex programmes and drive delivery across our transformation plan. The role will require collaboration across divisions and with clinical and operational staff to realise strategic aims.
The post emphasises robust governance, change management, and day-to-day programme management across the full project lifecycle within a major NHS trust in the London area.

The Senior Business & Transformation Manager will lead on high priority, complex programmes. You will focus on schemes that have been agreed as cross-organisational priorities, overseen by Trust Executive and central to our transformation plan.
This role will focus on a number of schemes to support these aims. These may include patient self-management, patient initiated follow up, bed consolidation, CAMHs redesign and integration across mental health service, older adults and physical/ mental health services.
