Job summary

Energy Saving Trust in Edinburgh is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the Services Delivery team that administers Scottish Government loan and grant schemes. You will ensure excellent customer service, efficient processes, and delivery targets within budget.

You will oversee existing schemes and help develop and close down new funding programmes, managing performance through governance and financial oversight and building strong relationships with government and funders while driving

Qualifications

  • Experience of managing operational delivery in a customer-facing service, including meeting KPIs, SLAs and agreed service standards.
  • Strong numeracy and budget management, payment checks, reporting and accurate reconciliation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, accurate and timely management information for funders and stakeholders.
  • A practical, improvement-focused approach to reviewing systems, processes and customer journeys to increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience responding to enquiries, information requests and complaints professionally and on time.
  • People management experience, with the ability to recruit, motivate, support and develop team members in a busy operational environment.
  • The ability to prioritise, solve problems and deliver results to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

The team

The Services Delivery team is responsible for administering and delivering loan and grant programmes, ensuring customers receive a high-quality service while contractual commitments are met. The team works closely with colleagues across programme management, finance, learning and development, and external stakeholders including the Scottish Government.

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

BPSS Checks Include
