This is an opportunity to lead a high-profile, strategically important programme within our Mission Systems business. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex technology and engineering solutions that support defence capability, national security, and future growth. Working at the forefront of defence innovation, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams, influence senior stakeholders, and help deliver outcomes that truly matter.
As a Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a complex and high‑value growth programme, driving successful delivery from mobilisation through to execution. You'll join a developing team at an exciting stage, giving you the opportunity to shape ways of working, build capability, and make a lasting impact across the business.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
