Job summary

The Fashion Retail Academy, part of the Education for Industry Group, invites applications for a Programme Manager in Visual Communications & Styling. You will lead day-to-day delivery of the curriculum, ensure outstanding teaching and learner outcomes, and align with quality assurance standards.

Working with teaching staff, support services and industry partners, you will manage curriculum, learner experience, and performance indicators; the role carries a teaching load appropriate to area.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification and/or educational management experience.
• Experience in FE/HE or Apprenticeship provision with outcomes.
• Strong understanding of quality frameworks and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Visual Communications & Styling curriculum.
• Ensure outstanding teaching, learning and assessment and learner outcomes.
• Collaborate with staff, support services and industry partners to deliver high-quality education.
• Manage curriculum, learner experience and key departmental performance indicators.
• Carry a teaching load appropriate to the area.
