A leading UK financial institution seeks a Programme Lead for their Treasury Transformation Programme. SALARY: as per pay range
LOCATION: Leeds, Wellington Place
HOURS: Full Time, 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
Lead the end-to-end Treasury Transformation Programme in 2026, ensuring delivery of objectives and landmarks.
Create and sustain the programme roadmap, governance framework, and reporting structures.
Engage and influence senior colleagues across Treasury, Finance, Technology, and Risk.
Oversee design related governance.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
Manage programme resources, and financial controls.
Drive cultural and operational change to embed new processes and systems.
Lead Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) improvement projects in 2026 to strengthen interest rate risk reporting and management.
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes in financial services.
Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, and risk frameworks.
Experience in interest rate risk management and regulatory reporting frameworks.
Experience in data and technology integration projects.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex governance and regulatory requirements.
Strong financial awareness and budget management experience.
