Job description

Partnered with a Global Legal Organisation who are going through an extensive Change/Transformation phase, they are on the lookout for a Programme Lead, Sustainability and Change specialist providing key deliverables across their Sustainability and Regulatory Change proposition. The role will involve building key relationships across the organisation and will be managing a team of Project Managers.

Scope of role:
  • Drive initiatives and oversee companywide value stream and programmes aligning with the strategic goals.
  • Prioritise, evaluate and identify initiatives based on ROI and work alongside Head of Portfolio and Programme Management.
  • Provide value stream and programme governance to ensure effective influence across various Senior Stakeholders across the business and influencing decision making process.
  • Lead Stakeholder engagement and change cultures across various business departments.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, collaborating closely to set and achieve goals.
Your Experience:
  • 5 plus years experience managing programmes and projects within a global professional services environment preferably within the legal sector.
  • Experience in delivering and mobilising programmes to address regulatory requirements, risk mitigation and achieving sustainability objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong track record in stakeholder management alignment in organisational goals.
  • Passion for process optimisation, technology adoption and organisational transformation.
