Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, inclusive, and innovative teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Support, guide, and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- Lead and coordinate your delivery team, ensuring all learners receive up‑to‑date and consistent course information.
- Shape and develop a curriculum that meets local and regional skills needs in collaboration with department leadership.
- Design course activities, resources, and handbooks that promote clear understanding of objectives, assessment criteria, and progression routes.
Qualifications
- Qualified Lecturer or Teacher.
- A passion for supporting students to succeed academically and personally.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, creative approach to teaching and curriculum design.

Hours per week: 22.5 | Salary: £25,425 up to £26,823
