A leading charity organization in Poole is looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to oversee ERP projects within their digital transformation program. This is a pivotal role, responsible for delivering ERP projects within the digital transformation programme, which is transforming the way the RNLI operates through a combination of business change and digital enhancement.
Reporting to the Digital Transformation Programme Owner, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of the work, combining leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills to drive progress and deliver within agreed parameters to time, cost and quality, ensuring the outcomes support the achievement of the RNLI’s annual goals, objectives and strategic ambition through the development and delivery of the work.
We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and a skilled communicator, with the ability to engage with all levels of an organisation, including a programme team of staff and / or volunteers, as well as senior and external stakeholders, ensuring they are committed, motivated and work effectively together to deliver the functional strategy and plans.
You should have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve project issues and mitigate risks and make the appropriate recommendations in order to maximise the benefit of the work undertaken.
