A leading architectural organization is hiring for a role that leads impactful international programs. You'll coordinate networking events and learning initiatives while managing budgets and working with teams across different time zones. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in stakeholder management and communication, along with knowledge of marketing. This role offers a salary of approximately £47,000 and includes generous benefits such as 27 days of annual leave and a pension scheme.

Salary: c£47,000 per annum depending on experience and location
Location: London/Hybrid or Liverpool/Hybrid
Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time, 9-month fixed term contract
This role leads the delivery of high-profile, impactful international programmes that promote architecture and engage RIBA members, stakeholders and built environment professionals across four global regions. Collaborating with our architect member network outside the UK in the International Chapters and emerging groups, it supports an excellent membership experience for RIBA’s 8,000 international members and contributes to retention, recruitment and long-term growth.
You will manage the full programme lifecycle from concept to evaluation, delivering high-quality, value-for-money initiatives such as networking events, learning programmes, exhibitions, debates and symposia. The role also shapes the Future Architects Global programme, engaging students, emerging architects and architecture schools, while managing budgets, timelines and delivery with international colleagues in the Gulf, Hong Kong and China.
Success in this role requires strong communication, relationship-building and project management skills, with the ability to work independently across cultures, time zones and competing priorities. A solid understanding of marketing, communications and social media is essential, as is experience working with volunteers and partners. There will be some out of usual hours working to accommodate meetings in different time zones.
