A leading telecoms company in Droitwich Spa is looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to lead the Fixed Wireless Access deployment. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and compliance and offers hybrid working with a competitive salary. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in telecom project management and be skilled in leading diverse teams and communicating technical concepts effectively.
The Programme Delivery Manager reports to the COO and leads the end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of our Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) deployment programme. Responsible for coordinating cross functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving successful FWA rollout across target regions.
Technical – Demonstrable experience of programme management with a proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Primavera).
Leadership - Effective leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve the team goals. Ability to build and manage high‑performing teams, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Communication - Excellent communicator who can communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Project Management – proven project management skills to deliver requirements on time and in budget.
