IG Group is seeking a Programme Delivery Lead in London to own planning and delivery across Infrastructure & Operations within a broad transformation agenda. You will coordinate product managers, enablement teams, and external partners, ensuring milestones are met with quality and governance.

You will influence stakeholders at all levels, maintain delivery plans, and drive continuous improvement while fostering collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences.

This role acts as the critical link between Product Managers, Enablement teams, and external delivery partners, ensuring that infrastructure and operational workstreams are delivered on time, to quality, and in a way that enables the broader transformation agenda to succeed.This is a highly cross functional role requiring strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence without direct authority, and clear, confident communication across technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organisation.
