Job summary

Callerton Academy in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a MCR Pathways Programme Coordinator to deliver and oversee the mentoring programme in partnership with MCR Pathways. You will work with staff, mentors and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and positive outcomes for young people.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people in an educational or community setting.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
• Positive, solution-focused attitude with resilience.

• Awareness of social/welfare issues affecting children and families.
• Experience presenting programme information and delivering training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the MCR Pathways mentoring programme within the Academy.
