A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Programme Commercial Manager to develop commercial and procurement strategies for a public sector project in London/York. The role requires strong railway and construction experience, alongside contract management skills. This position allows hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
We are currently addressing to the Programme Commercial Managers with a sound background in rail industry to join a great project that is ran by a Public Sector Client in London/or York.
Hybrid working: 3 days/week in an office, 2 WFH
Develop and deploy a robust Commercial Strategy for the management and control of the Programme. This will include development of a work packaging strategy together with plans for effective cost management. Develop a Procurement Strategy for the Programme in compliance with the procurement act.
