This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Co‑ordinator to support the development, implementation, continuous monitoring and improvement of the Active Together Programme. Airedale NHS Foundation Trust are working collaboratively with Yorkshire Cancer Research and Sheffield Hallam University to implement the Active Together model to individuals diagnosed with cancer across Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. The Active Together programme will run alongside the existing diagnostic and treatment pathways to ensure patients are optimally prepared for treatment and beyond.
