We’re looking for a vibrant, flexible individual who can blend a range of talents to join our small team and help us make next year's Scottish Primary School Glee Challenge unforgettable!

Location & Hours

Flexible - Scotland

Hours: Can be structured as either part-time (min 20 hrs/wk) or Full time (35 hrs/wk)

Fixed Term: Jan - July 2025 in order to support our core events which run from Feb - June. Please check our website for event dates.

This is NOT a traditional role — we’re looking for someone to join our team who is flexible and who can combine skills such as administration/organisation skills, event coordination, digital storytelling and more. We are happy to receive applications that tell us what you can offer and how you could make a difference.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for rehearsals, performances, and events — keeping schedules, communication, and resources running smoothly.
  • Connect and collaborate with staff, pupils, and partners to ensure everything is organised, inclusive, and inspiring.
  • Capture and share the magic of the Glee Challenge through social media, short videos, and digital newsletters.
  • Add creative flair to event materials, visuals, and storytelling content (experience with Canva, iMovie, or similar is a plus).
  • Support and attend our events.

Salary Scale: £24.5k - £27k pa based on 35 hrs/wk. Placement based on experience and salary paid pro rata on agreed hours of work.
