Our team is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for students and stakeholders throughout their journey with the University.

You will primarily support the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) and Physician Associate Studies programmes, focusing on curriculum delivery, assessment processes, and front‑line student services. • Assisting with placement and assessment queries
  • Organising, attending, and minuting meetings
  • Updating programme documentation and providing data as required
  • Communicating effectively with students, academics, clinicians, and colleagues

This role is based in the student‑facing Faculty Office at the John Bull Building, Plymouth Science Park, Derriford, with occasional travel to other University sites (primarily the main campus). Please note that some locations may not be easily accessible by public transport, so the ability to travel is essential.

You will need to be on‑site three days per week, with flexibility for remote working when business needs allow.
