Zenith UK is hiring a Programmatic Senior Executive to shape data-driven media activation across a diverse client portfolio. You will drive campaign performance, uncover opportunities, and partner with planning teams to execute effective activation strategies.

Join a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on client outcomes, rigorous measurement, and continuous improvement. Publicis Groupe office-based four days per week in London.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns within one or more leading DSP platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and client groups.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• An interest in emerging media channels, technology, automation, and the evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise programmatic campaigns across a variety of client accounts to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Programmatic Managers and wider planning teams to develop and execute effective activation strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and translate data into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of campaign setup, quality assurance, trafficking, and ongoing optimisation.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive communication and proactive support.
• Contribute ideas that improve campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and the wider programmatic offering.
• Support knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team and agency.
