Qualifications

• 20+ years experience in QA/Quality Engineering, ideally as Senior Program Test Manager.
• 10+ years experience in Delivery Test Management on complex transformation programmes.
• Proven experience managing Finance & Actuarial programs, particularly IFRS 17.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Test strategy and planning across multiple releases.
• Manage integration, data validation, UAT, and testing across relevant platforms.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive Test coverage.
