Your Role

• Lead testing activities for a large-scale IT infrastructure migration program.
• Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and frameworks.
• Oversee planning, execution, and coordination across multiple teams.
• Manage and mentor test managers, leads, and engineers.
• Ensure quality assurance, governance, and compliance with standards.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and project timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
