The placement begins Summer 2027 and requires onsite presence for three days a week. You will support NPD projects, maintain records, track KPIs, prepare leadership updates, and collaborate across functions to improve PMO processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting NPD projects in a PMO.
• Interest in developing project management skills.
• Ability to understand and apply business processes and PM principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to develop commercial acumen.
• Ability to work effectively within a global engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers with the planning, tracking, and execution of New Product Development projects.
• Maintain project records, databases, meeting minutes, and documentation for Management Review Groups (MRGs).
• Monitor project metrics and KPIs, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for project and leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track actions, risks, issues, and project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and lead small projects focused on increasing efficiency and standardization.
• Assist with project governance activities and gain exposure to business planning, financial tracking, and portfolio management.
