Responsibilities
- Enable BCP function to drive various initiatives and ensure completion of exercises.
- Collaborate with Protective Security to ensure a safe and secure work environment with 100% statutory compliance.
- Monitor and assist new projects in conjunction with Corporate Real Estate strategy.
- Take ownership of, coordinate, and execute key initiatives to drive strategic change.
- Support the Head of Centre Ops in creating effective communications and relationships with HTI leadership.
- Manage business perception of Operations by providing constructive challenge and best practice guidance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Good at analytics and number crunching.
- Influencing and communication skills; good at creating content and presentations.
- Experience in governance, including Risk & Controls and Planning.
- Program Management skills.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Strong relationship management acumen.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Numerate and confident with basic MI accounting.
- Strong relationship management – experience coordinating key initiatives.

Compensation
£38,963 per year - estimated.
