  • Collaborate with Protective Security to ensure a safe and secure work environment with 100% statutory compliance.
  • Monitor and assist new projects in conjunction with Corporate Real Estate strategy.
  • Take ownership of, coordinate, and execute key initiatives to drive strategic change.
  • Support the Head of Centre Ops in creating effective communications and relationships with HTI leadership.
  • Manage business perception of Operations by providing constructive challenge and best practice guidance.
