• Previous premium Processing experience is required.
• Background in Profin would be desirable.
• Able to influence various stakeholders both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for given LOB.
• Monitor workloads to ensure all work is completed within SLA.
• Liaise with counterparts within IBA and attend Credit Control Meetings.
