35 hours per week Hybrid working – (1 day in the office, 4 working from home)

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our well-established client based on the outskirts of High Wycombe. We are seeking a detail-focused and highly organised individual to join its operations team in a coordination role focused on standards, assurance, and process support. As a Professional Standards Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining consistency across internal frameworks, supporting quality-focused activities, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

This fantastic hybrid opportunity offers the flexibility of home working combined with a structured and collaborative working environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to operational processes and thrives in a role where attention to detail and quality are key.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage document control and storage systems
  • Coordinate updates to key documentation, ensuring consistency
  • Track and monitor contractual details, supporting timely renewals and updates & revisions
  • Initial contact for complex requests related to accessibility and adjustments
  • Arrange and minute internal and external meetings, tracking actions
  • Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports, drawing insight from data trends and supporting improvements in service delivery
  • Analysing and presenting data
What you’ll bring
  • Educated to A-level standard or with relevant experience in administration, coordination, or operations
  • Confident working with data & producing reports
  • Strong Administration skills & competent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to your work
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working in regulated or standards-led environments would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Comfortable working with dispersed teams and building stakeholder relationships

  • £24,000 – £25,000 per annum (DOE) + discretionary annual bonus
